I visited twice and on both occasions the Physiotherapist could not have been more helpful. She was very interested in my case and thoroughly described exercises which were beneficial and which I will attempt to continue with ! - she was a pleasure to meet and work with. I had to move the later appointment and the receptionist was very helpful with that. Thanks for your help, it was appreciated, - difficult to know how you could improve on that !

I really appreciated that my physiotherapist took the time to explain what was going on with my condition and why the therapy was doing what it was doing. It really helped in my mind that I could almost visualise what the problem was and it helped me understand what can exacerbate things and (importantly) what the treatment was actually doing. Very friendly staff, appointment times were kept and the facilities were pretty good. I was also surprised at how quickly I was able to begin treatment after my GP had referred me.

I had to change physio’s during my course of treatment ,which is not ideal.

I arrived late to my appointment but the dietitian was lovely and welcoming and managed to still see me. Really helpful and it was a pleasure to be seen by him today.

Lovely hospital, having been there for treatment now, it would be my preference over and above any other local hospital - and I do have private healthcare - the care and time I was given by Dr Katy Ammar and her staff were second to none.
